WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Taberner begins with meticulously tended vineyards where grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and French oak vats at controlled temperatures, preceded by a low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in French oak barrels for periods ranging from 9 to 24 months, with some barrels being new. This process is designed to develop the wine's structure, aromatic complexity, and polished texture.
