WINE MAKING PROCESS
Talvin Rosé 2023 is produced using hand-harvested grapes that are kept chilled for up to 12 hours before manual selection. Maceration occurs for 6-12 hours in stainless steel vats at 4-6°C in its own atmosphere. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16°C, followed by storage at cool temperatures. The wine is filtered shortly before bottling and undergoes 6 months of aging on its lees.
