WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes undergo skin fermentation (maceration) for several days to extract color, tannins, and complex aromatic compounds, giving the wine its distinctive amber hue. Following skin contact, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged on its fine lees to enhance texture, complexity, and mouthfeel before bottling.
