WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Garzón Tannat de Corte 2021 is produced using traditional winemaking methods. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 26-28°C for one week, with pump-overs twice daily. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on its lees for three to six months. This approach aims to highlight the inherent characteristics of the grape varietals and the estate's terroir.
