WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Tapiz Organic Reserve Malbec 2019 begins with a cold maceration of the must for one week at 5-8°C to extract color and aromas. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days at 28°C, followed by 16 days on lees. The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation. It is then aged for one year in a mix of new French and American oak barrels. The grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards and are harvested manually.
