The region's mineral-rich soils and specific microclimate, influenced by the Curvature Carpathians, provide an ideal environment for cultivating aromatic grape varieties. This particular rosé is crafted from Traminer Roz (Pink Traminer), a grape that thrives in these conditions, yielding a wine of exceptional aromatic complexity and elegance.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for the Tectonic Rosé focuses on preserving the intense, delicate primary aromas of the Traminer grape. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness in the cool early morning hours to prevent oxidation. After gentle destemming, the grapes undergo a brief cold maceration on the skins to extract the signature pale pink color and aromatic precursors. This is followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures (14-16°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for a short period to enhance texture and mouthfeel before filtration and bottling.
