WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Terlaner Classico undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 6 to 7 months, with 80% of the maturation occurring in stainless steel and the remaining 20% in large wooden barrels. This aging process contributes to the wine's texture and complexity. Grapes are harvested manually and undergo rigorous selection. The winery practices sustainable viticulture, managing vineyards in harmony with nature and avoiding herbicides.
