ABOUT THIS WINE
The De Vescovi family established roots in Mezzocorona along the Noce River in Campo Rotaliano in 1641. After decades of delivering grapes to local cooperatives following World War II, Giulio de Vescovi—a graduate in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Florence—relaunched estate bottling in 2003. The estate focuses on expressing the unique alpine micro-terroir of Campo Rotaliano through the native Teroldego grape, utilizing historical vineyards surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Hand-harvested in estate vineyards, the grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with skin contact to retain maximum freshness, varietal red fruit aromas, and vibrant acidity. The wine completes natural malolactic fermentation and is aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks before bottling to preserve pure fruit expression and mineral vitality.
