WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Garalis Terra Ambera is produced from 100% Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The winemaking process involves a significant maceration period of 4 to 5 days on the grape skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, with some sources indicating mild temperature control. After fermentation, the wine matures for 4 months with the grape skins in stainless steel tanks, or for 2.5 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled without stabilization, filtration, or the addition of sulfites, or with minuscule sulfites.
