WINE MAKING PROCESS
This Madeira wine is produced from 100% Terrantez grapes. The must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats with natural yeasts at approximately 20°C. Fermentation is halted by the addition of brandy. The wine is then aged for 20 years in French oak casks using the Canteiro method, a traditional technique involving controlled temperature fluctuations within the aging warehouse. This process contributes to the wine's development and character.
