ABOUT THIS WINE
This classic Southern Rhône blend is a collaboration between legendary US importer Kermit Lynch and winemaker Jean-François Pasturel of the Demazet Vignobles cooperative. Sourced primarily from the historic, stone-covered vineyards of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, this wine represents a custom selection of the finest concrete tanks (tête de cuvée). Since its inception in the 1980s, this cuvée has been celebrated as a benchmark for quality and value, offering an authentic taste of the region's terroir without the influence of oak.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested from vines averaging 40 years of age, grown in alluvial soils covered with galets roulés. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled, neutral concrete tanks using 100% native yeasts. A long maceration of approximately 25 days allows for gentle extraction of color and tannins. The wine is aged entirely in concrete vats to preserve its vibrant primary fruit and mineral character, and is bottled completely unfined and unfiltered.
