WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Testament Babic 2021 is produced using 100% Babić grapes, cultivated organically. The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with skin contact for 7 to 10 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 6 months in used barrique barrels, a combination of American and French oak.
