WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are organically grown and hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts to preserve the vibrant primary fruit characteristics. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes maceration to extract color and structured tannins. It is then aged for approximately 12 months in a combination of French and Swedish oak barrels, adding complexity and rounding out the tannins before bottling.
