WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Tête de Linotte Rosé D'Anjou is produced using organically grown Gamay and Grolleau grapes. The winemaking process begins with direct pressing of the grapes under nitrogen to protect their aromatic potential. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C for two weeks, utilizing selected yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is briefly matured on its fine lees for up to 15 days before bottling. This approach aims to capture the fresh, fruity character of the grapes while adding a touch of complexity and texture.
