WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Nederburg The Brewmaster Bordeaux Blend 2020 is produced through the separate vinification of its constituent grape varieties. These grapes are processed in open fermentation vats, rotating fermenters, and stainless steel tanks following careful sorting. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 30 months in 300-liter barrels, comprising both new French and American oak. This meticulous approach aims to develop the wine's character and structure.
