WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mascot 2019 is produced using grapes from the younger vines of Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory vineyards in Napa Valley. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for nearly three years in French oak barrels (new and neutral) and Austrian oak casks. It undergoes an additional 18 months of aging before its release. Meticulous farming and dry farming techniques are employed in the vineyards.
