ABOUT THIS WINE
The Rebellion 2022 is a white wine from Valid Wines, produced in the Duna–Tisza közi region of Hungary. It is a blend of 60% Cserszegi fűszeres and 40% Aletta, two local Hungarian grape varieties. The wine is made in collaboration with Sxent Imre Pincészet, a Hungarian winery established in 1991, which works with a large network of contracted wine farmers. The grapes are sourced from various vineyards within the Kunság sub-region, characterized by sandy soils. Winemaker Ármin Kapitány oversees the production.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rebellion 2022 is produced using stainless steel fermentation to preserve the wine's youthful fruitiness. The Cserszegi fűszeres grapes are harvested in late August, with the Aletta grapes following in early September. The wine is likely aged in stainless steel. This process emphasizes the characteristics of the local Hungarian grape varieties.
