WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of this Barolo involves fermenting 100% Nebbiolo grapes in stainless steel vats for 15 days with selected yeasts, allowing for significant skin contact. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum of 3 years in French oak barrels, a crucial step for developing its characteristic structure and complexity. It then undergoes a period of bottle aging as required by Barolo DOCG regulations. The Bosio family employs traditional winemaking methods, emphasizing quality and the expression of the Piedmontese terroir.
