WINE MAKING PROCESS
Tahbilk The Tower Sangiovese 2022 was produced using grapes sourced from Central Victoria. The fruit was gently pressed and fermented with skins in large cement tanks. Following fermentation, the wine was matured with French oak staves for around six months, then aged in bottle prior to release. The winery is committed to sustainable practices, having achieved net carbon zero emissions in 2022.
