ABOUT THIS WINE
Thema is a wine produced by Ktima Pavlidis in the PGI Drama region of Macedonia, Greece. The producer, Ktima Pavlidis, was established in 1998 by Christoforos Pavlidis, with vineyards situated in a unique microclimate influenced by surrounding mountains. WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Thema White 2025 begins with night harvesting to preserve grape quality. The grapes undergo gentle destemming and crushing, followed by a period of skin contact at low temperatures. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees for three months to develop complexity and texture before bottling.
