ABOUT THIS WINE
Established in 1952 in the historic region of Aegialia within the Peloponnese, Kintonis Winery has spent generations perfecting the expression of indigenous Greek grape varieties. This rosé is crafted from Moschofilero, a highly aromatic, pink-skinned grape native to the high-altitude Arcadian plateau, blended with the mineral-driven Assyrtiko. The winery combines traditional Peloponnesian viticulture with modern temperature-controlled facilities to capture the grape's signature floral and citrus-driven profile, offering a vibrant representation of Greece's unique terroir.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested at optimal aromatic maturity and undergo a brief period of cold skin contact to extract the delicate rose-pink hue and primary aromatics without extracting bitter tannins. This is followed by gentle pressing and a cool, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is kept on its fine lees for a short period to add subtle texture before being stabilized, filtered, and bottled early to preserve its youthful freshness.
