WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for This Charming Man Grenache 2019 involved fermenting 20% of the fruit as whole bunches in a concrete pyramid fermenter, utilizing wild fermentation with indigenous yeasts and gentle hand-plunging. After fermentation, the wine was aged for one year in 300-litre hogsheads, with 20% new French oak. The wine was then bottled unfiltered and unfined. The grapes were hand-picked from dry-grown bush vines.
