WINE MAKING PROCESS
This sparkling wine is crafted using the Charmat method (tank fermentation) to preserve its youthful, energetic character and fresh primary fruit esters. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks, which ensures fine, lively bubbles. The wine is unaged and bottled with a natural cork closure, designed to be released immediately and enjoyed in its freshest state.
