WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Tim Adams Semillon 2023 is produced from grapes machine-harvested early to retain acidity. The juice undergoes 12 hours of skin contact for enhanced flavor extraction, and all pressing juice is retained for texture. Fermentation occurs in 60% new French oak barrels and 40% stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on lees for nine months, with the stainless steel portion also incorporated. This process aims to create a complex and textured white wine.
