ABOUT THIS WINE
Tinto Litro De La Familia is a unique natural wine project from Manchuela, Albacete, Spain, spearheaded by the García Pérez family. Created in collaboration with legendary Italian natural winemaker Danilo Marcucci, this project aims to showcase the raw, unadorned potential of old-vine Bobal. The wine is bottled in a traditional one-liter format, paying homage to the rustic, everyday table wines historically shared among Spanish families during long lunches, but elevated here through meticulous, low-intervention organic viticulture.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Sourced from dry-farmed, organic bush vines aged between 25 and 60 years in the high-altitude clay-limestone soils of Casas-Ibáñez. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in small 1,000-liter vats. Following a three-month skin maceration, the wine settles in tanks for two months. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered without the addition of sulfur dioxide, relying on the natural cold of winter for stabilization and clarification.
