ABOUT THIS WINE
The Dievole Tocca Stelle Chianti Classico DOCG is a red wine from Tuscany, Italy. It is produced by Dievole, an estate with a history dating back to 1090. The wine is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino grapes, with the 2022 vintage comprising 85% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo, and 5% Colorino. The grapes are sourced from a 4-hectare vineyard planted approximately 40 years ago in Catignano, at an altitude of 360 meters, on soils composed of silty clay with marl, limestone, and stones. The vineyard is managed using organic viticulture.
