WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Tommasi Villa Fontana Bardolino are fermented for 12 days in stainless steel vats at 23°C with brief pumping over. The wine then undergoes maturation for approximately 4 to 5 months in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness. A short period in wood is also used to soften the profile. The vines are Guyot-trained and typically 30-35 years old, situated on hillside terraces with glacial soils. Tommasi employs an integrated production system for eco-sustainable management.
