WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Lamborghini Torami Umbria Rosso IGT begins with maceration on the skins for twenty days. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel barrels, also for a similar duration. The wine then undergoes aging for ten months in French oak barriques. Finally, it is refined in the bottle for six months before release. This multi-stage aging process is designed to build structure and complexity.
