WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Torcicoda begins with grapes harvested once they are slightly overripe, a technique employed to enhance concentration and richness. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks for 13 days, with temperatures carefully controlled not to exceed 27°C. Following this, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation directly in barriques. The aging process is crucial, with the wine spending 12 months maturing in a combination of French and Hungarian oak barriques, contributing to its structure and aromatic complexity.
