WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Veronica Ortega Tormenta begins with destemmed Godello grapes that undergo an overnight maceration. Gentle racking is followed by spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 13 months in a combination of French oak barrels of various sizes and 800-liter amphorae. The producer's philosophy emphasizes working with old vines and exceptional terroirs, with a focus on intuitive winemaking and expressing the wine's identity.
