WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Torres Floralis Moscatel Oro begins with harvesting Muscat de Alejandría grapes that have been allowed to ripen and shrivel on the vine, concentrating their sugars. The grapes undergo a period of skin maceration before pressing. Fermentation is initiated but then stopped by the addition of wine distillate, a technique that preserves the natural sweetness of the grapes. Following this, the wine is aged for one year in stainless steel tanks. It is then blended with other vintages to achieve a consistent profile and undergoes an additional 2-4 months of bottle aging before being released.
