WINE MAKING PROCESS
Château Tour Bel-Air employs traditional red Bordeaux vinification methods. The grapes are fermented in concrete vats for 8 to 10 days, followed by a maceration period of 2 to 3 weeks. The wine is then aged for several months in French oak, with a portion of the blend maturing in oak barriques, 30% of which are new. Viticultural practices are described as 'Minimum Intervention'.
