WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Jérôme Arnoux Tradition begins with hand-harvested grapes. Fermentation is carried out using natural yeasts. The wine then undergoes a 24-month aging period in a mix of stainless steel tanks and old oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine is neither clarified nor filtered. Sulphur is added in small quantities only after malolactic fermentation.
