The 'Tradition' Lagrein is sourced from vineyards situated on the warm valley floor and lower slopes of Terlano. This wine is crafted to showcase the authentic, vibrant character of the native Lagrein grape, benefiting from the region's unique volcanic porphyry soils and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The hand-harvested Lagrein grapes undergo careful selection before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, accompanied by gentle pumping over to extract color, flavor, and structured tannins. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 7 to 10 months in large traditional oak casks (botti) to refine its texture and soften the tannins while preserving the primary fruit purity and alpine freshness.
