WINE MAKING PROCESS
Cruse Tradition Zero Dosage is produced using traditional methods for sparkling wine. The grapes undergo pressing, and fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The majority of the wine ferments in oak barrels, including malolactic fermentation, while the remainder ferments in stainless steel. No sulfur is added during the aging period, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration. After 18 months of aging on the bottle, it is disgorged without the addition of sugar.
