WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Tragolargo Moscatel - Malvasia 2022 is produced by Casa Balaguer using organic and biodynamic farming methods. The Moscatel grapes undergo fermentation with their skins for 30 days in stainless steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts. The Malvasia grapes are fermented in concrete vats. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel, wood, concrete, and clay. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. The winery aims for minimal intervention throughout the process.
