WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Traminac Mirisavi involves pressing the grapes, followed by a 24-hour sedimentation of the must at low temperatures. The clarified must is then fermented in stainless steel vats for 7-10 days under controlled temperatures of 15-18 °C. Post-fermentation, the wine may be aged in stainless steel or oak, depending on the desired style. The producer, Vina Erdut, manages extensive vineyards, with white varieties dominating their plantings.
