WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Equinox Trei Crai involves the separate vinification of its three constituent grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process. For the 2018 vintage, this included 18 months of maturation, with a portion aged in oak barrels of various origins (Romanian, American, French) and the remainder in stainless steel tanks. This method aims to balance the wine's fruit profile with nuanced oak characteristics. Equinox Winery adheres to organic farming practices throughout its viticultural operations.
