WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for the Tres Raíces Rosé are harvested manually in the cool early morning hours to preserve freshness. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes undergo a gentle direct pressing with minimal skin contact to achieve its signature pale pink hue. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures (around 14-16°C) to maximize the retention of primary fruit and floral aromas. The wine is aged briefly on its fine lees in stainless steel before stabilization, filtration, and bottling, ensuring a crisp, clean, and vibrant profile.
