WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Baron de Ley Tres Viñas Blanco Reserva begins with the pressing of grapes without maceration to maintain freshness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 15-19°C. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged in concrete vats. It then undergoes a significant aging period of at least 12 months in American oak casks, utilizing a combination of new and second-use barrels. Following oak aging, the wine is further matured in bottle for a minimum of one year before release. This multi-stage aging process is designed to develop complexity and structure.
