WINE MAKING PROCESS
Triennes Les Auréliens Blanc is produced using a blend of five grape varieties. Fermentation takes place in a mix of tanks, foudres, and barrels. The wine is aged for 6 to 7 months in contact with lees, with managed bâtonnage. Harvests are conducted at night to maintain grape coolness. The estate follows sustainable farming practices, with a conversion to organic underway.
