WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Tuff Nutt Bianco Pet Nat is produced using the Petillant Naturel method. Grapes are fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled under a crown seal to complete its fermentation, creating natural carbonation. It is intentionally unfined and unfiltered, preserving its rustic character. The grapes are sourced from organically and biodynamically farmed vines.
