Turano Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC

The winemaking process focuses entirely on preserving the fresh, primary fruit characteristics of the Pinot Grigio grape. Sourced from alluvial soils rich in gravel, sand, and limestone-clay, the grapes are harvested in late summer to maintain their natural acidity. Under the supervision of Fratelli Martini, the fruit undergoes a gentle soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 15-18°C to protect delicate aromatics. The wine is aged briefly for two to three months in stainless steel tanks before early bottling, completely avoiding oak contact to maintain its youthful profile.
