WINE MAKING PROCESS
Quinta de Couselo Turonia Albariño is produced using 100% Albariño grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates, cooled, sorted, and then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a four-month aging period on its lees (sur lie). Sustainable farming practices are utilized in the vineyards.
