WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vádi Furmint 2020 is produced using 100% Furmint grapes. The winemaking process begins with spontaneous fermentation utilizing indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for nine months. This aging period involves both stainless steel tanks and a finishing phase in 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels. Minimal sulfur is used, and fining and filtering are conducted judiciously.
