ABOUT THIS WINE
Val Soléu is an organic rosé crafted by Vignobles en Drôme (Cellier des Dauphins) in the sun-drenched Drôme region of France's southern Rhône Valley. Embracing organic viticulture, this cuvée captures the vibrant, Mediterranean-influenced terroir of the southern Drôme hills. The name 'Val Soléu' translates to 'Valley of the Sun' in the local Occitan dialect, paying homage to the abundant sunshine that ripens the grapes to perfection while maintaining a crisp, refreshing character.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested during the cool night hours to preserve fresh fruit aromas and prevent oxidation. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo a gentle direct pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (14-16°C) to maximize primary fruit expression. The wine is aged on its fine lees for a short period in stainless steel before early bottling to retain its youthful, vibrant profile.
