WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking for Vale Da Vida Reserva 2019 began with destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes. A short pre-fermentation maceration was followed by fermentation with skins for 6-8 days at 28°C, involving frequent pumping over. A subsequent post-fermentation maceration lasted for several weeks. The wine then underwent malolactic fermentation. Finally, it was aged for 7 months in French and American oak barrels.
