WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vallado Douro Red 2022 is produced using grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about a week. Following fermentation, 90% of the wine matures for 8 months in stainless steel, while the remaining 10% is aged for 16 months in used French oak barrels. The grapes are hand-harvested from terraced vineyards.
