WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vallado Prima Branco is produced from 100% Moscatel Galego grapes. The winemaking process involves a 'bica aberta' (open spout) system, typically indicating fermentation without significant skin contact. Fermentation takes place over about a month at controlled temperatures between 14-16°C. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged for three months in stainless steel vats. This approach is designed to preserve the natural qualities and freshness of the Moscatel Galego grape.
