WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vallado Reserva White is produced through fermentation in French oak casks, with a substantial percentage aged in new barriques. Following fermentation, the wine matures for approximately 7 to 10 months in French oak. During this aging period, periodical batonnage, or stirring of the lees, is employed to enhance texture and complexity. The blend of Rabigato, Gouveio, Arinto, and Viosinho grapes is central to the wine's identity.
